A gentle invitation for anyone feeling overwhelmed, tender, or simply in need of a pause.
Whether you are navigating grief, burnout, or just a busy mind, this slow and gentle forest bathing session invites you to pause and breathe with nature.
We will explore simple, sensory-based invitations that lets you reconnect—with the land, yourself, and the present moment. There will be space for quiet reflection as well as optional sharing and reflection. If you are carrying something heavy or going through change, know you are not alone and nature is here to hold it with you.
This session is perfect for beginners who are curious about forest bathing, or for anyone longing for a mindful reset in the midst of life’s changes. Every session is never the same — shaped by the land, the season, and the stories we carry.
We will end with some tea and light snacks, held in a small, intimate group of up to 8.
You are invited to engage at your own pace — whether you come alone or with a companion, all are welcome, just as you are.
Meet Your Guide
Amelia Lim
Amelia is your friendly next-door neighbour who finds deep comfort in nature, animals and meaningful human connections. In witnessing the quiet ache of burnout, loss, and caregiving in her healthcare journey, Amelia was drawn to the softer, slower paths of healing and self-care — ones rooted in nature, presence, and compassion. She is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Reiki Master Teacher, and her offerings are rooted in the belief that even in life’s most tender seasons, nature can gently guide us back to ourselves. When she is not out wandering in nature, she is at home being a proud cat mum to two sassy furkids who think they rule the world.
