We’re opening our doors on the last weekends of August & September for anyone who wants a taste of REVL-style HIIT. Whether you’re looking to push your limits, switch up your training, or simply see what REVL is all about — these sessions are built to challenge and energise you.

These cardio-based sessions are designed to increase your overall fitness, power and endurance. SWEAT / TEAM sessions bring everyone together to sweat it out and hit targets as a team.

📅 Sunday, 31 Aug & 28 Sep - 7am & 8.10am [COMPLETE]

These are a blend of your favourite sessions, all mixed into one. Expect to see a combination of strength, endurance and functional movements.

These sessions are open to non-REVL members. No prior experience required — just come ready to move.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to bring?

Come in comfortable activewear, and bring along a bottle for hydration. Workout towels are provided. Sparkling, chilled and ambient water available for refill.

Are there shower facilities?

Yes, there are! Bath towels, toiletries and hair dryer available.

How early should I come for the class?

If this is your first time to REVL, target to arrive 15minutes before class and approach our trainer. They will give you a quick brief and orientate you around the studio.
