TRANSFORM | ACHIEVE | SUSTAIN​Robin is a Certified Yoga Instructor and meditation teacher. Robin has been practicing Yoga on since 2003 to gain relieve from chronic back aches, as well as to manage stress levels and to maintain general health and mental wellbeing. He has completed his 200-hours Yoga Instructor Certification Course (YICC) with both Vyasa Yoga Singapore and Vikasa Yoga Academy. He has also completed the 100-hours Advance Yoga Teacher Training Course with Unika Yoga and Therapy. Robin has been teaching Yoga since 2020 as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY200), Yoga Alliance. The styles that Robin practices includes Hatha Yoga, Hatha Flow, Yin Yoga, Yin – Yang Yoga, Wheel Yoga, and YoQi.Robin is also a practitioner in Sound Bath and Sound Therapy. Robin is also a meditation teacher, under the lineage of Swami Rama, teaching and hosting guided meditation since 2017. Robin believes that Yoga is the dharma for a holistic lifestyle and the key to taming our monkey mind.

Greet the morning with stretches and postures to awaken your body and mind. After a long and busy work week, we all looked forward to a good weekend to rest and refresh. We like to invite you to join us for a 60 minutes of energising yoga session, while being surrounded by plants and nature.Suitable for those who are new or beginners in Hatha Yoga.Detailed directions and information will be sent via a reminder email all who have registered on Friday afternoon. Please do look out for it in your inbox or spam mail box.We will meet at actual practice venue in Fort Canning Park, Fort Canning Green at 7.50am and begin the session at 8.00am Please bring along your own mat, yoga blocks (if you need them), water bottle, insect repellent and a smile.See you there !Wishing you happiness and health,Robintaivanyoga@gmail.comhttps://www.facebook.com/TaivanYoga FAQ:What should we bring?Do come dress comfortably for stretching exercises, bring along your yoga mat and full water bottle. We will not be liable for any injuries or worsening of your condition. If you are not sure, we suggest that you should avoid this session until your medical condition has improved.
