💡 What can you expect from this session?
Rituals — personal and communal, shaped by culture and faith — can provide structure, support, and shared meaning for the grieving, easing emotional pain. Yet, some rituals may constrain authentic expression or prolong suffering if they restrict individual needs for grief and remembrance.
Join us to reflect, share and deepen our understanding of loss and remembrance so that we can be more appropriate when supporting our friends and relatives who are grieving.
