Run On Clouds with Cloudmonster 3

Join On Run Club Malaysia for a Community Run, a 5KM night run under the city lights. Designed to bring people together through our shared love for running. Earn your weekend with us this Friday night.

Participants will be split into pace groups led by running leads:

• 6:30–7:30 min/km
• 7:30–8:30 min/km

Expect a social warm-up, guided route, and post-run cooldown back at Murray's Smoothies, The Campus Ampang.

Pace Groups:

• 6:30–7:30 min/km
• 7:30–8:30 min/km

👕Attire:

• Sports or running attire only
• Please wear running shoes suitable for outdoor terrain
• On attire or gear encouraged (optional but welcome!)
• Bright/reflective clothing
• Clip-on blinkers or lights (if you have them!)

🧭 On the Day
Arrive early to check in and warm up. Follow our running lead instructions throughout the route and run responsibly.

❌ What Not to Do

• No disruptive or unsafe behavior (e.g. pushing, shouting, cutting routes).
• No littering
• No unauthorized sales or promotions during the event.

🎥 Photos, Videos & Media

• Photos and videos will be taken during the event.
• By joining, you agree that these may be used for promotional purposes (social media, websites, future events).

🛑 Safety & Liability
If you feel unwell at any point during the run, stop immediately and alert a staff member. If you were already feeling unwell the day before the event, please let us know via email and stay home to rest.

🌧 Weather Notice

• Light rain: Run proceeds
• Heavy rain: Delay of 30–45 minutes

If weather does not improve, event may be rescheduled or cancelled
All updates will be shared via email and official ORP Malaysia Instagram channel.
