What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 7:15 PM to check in, warm up, and be ready to start promptly at 7:30 PM.

What should I wear?

Comfortable running attire, Proper running shoes, Water bottle And a open mind!

Who is this class for?

This session is designed for: Beginners who want to start running safely. Intermediate runners looking to improve form & efficiency. Anyone recovering from injury or afraid of hurting themselves while running. No ego. No pressure. Just movement and learning.

What will we be actually doing?

Proper running form and posture! Breathing techniques to last longer without fatigue. Foot strike, cadence, and stride mechanics. Live coaching and adjustments as you run. Light mobility drills and cue-based movement.

How long is the session?

The session will last for an hour! Feel free to come early for warm ups or stay after for questions!

Can I get a refund if i can't make it?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend. Just email or DM me their name at least 24 hours before the event.

I'm totally unfit, is this still for me?

Absolutely. You don’t need to be fast or “fit” — just curious and willing to learn. This session is technique-first, not about speed or endurance.

What if it rains?

The running track at stadium is sheltered! So we will be continuing regardless!

Will photos or videos be taken during the event?

Yes. We’ll capture moments for promotional and community sharing. By attending, you agree to possibly appear in photos or videos. If you prefer not to, just let us know on the day and we’ll respect that.
