Description

In each session, your coach will take you through specialist RUNITY conditioning exercises and drills to improve your bodies capability to run and improve your running efficiency. Exercises will aim to condition your feet, hips, spine and running skill in ways that will help keep you injury free and running effortlessly. While the exercises will improve your running efficiency the goal is to run pain free at your own pace and have fun.
Everyone is welcome, from someone just beginning their running program to seasoned runners. The session will be composed of conditioning exercises and games as well as running drills, some running will be done, but only for short distances to practice the running drills.
