Week 7 Training (18 Feb) Programme: Heng Ong Huat Long Run
Location: Running Lab Marina Square, #02-26
Pace Groups: G1 - 5:00, G2 - 6:00, G3 - 7:00, and G4: 8:00
Group 1: 12.88KM
Group 2: 10.88KM
Group 3: 9.88KM
Group 4: 8.88KM
Registration starts from: 6:45am. Run brief and warm up will start at 7:00am.
Come dress in your best huat runfit and stand a chance to win!
Hydration is available, powered by H-TWO-O and JÄÄDE. Registrations will open on a weekly basis.
