Get ready for Running Lab Run with our Running Lab Run: Road to Race Day
Join us every Wednesday evening for an 11-week guided training run series designed to help you build speed, strength, and consistency.
The race experience starts long before the start line. Join our training runs to connect with fellow participants, build fitness and stay motivated leading up to race day. The series kicks off on 11 June and runs through to 20 August.
Join us at our weekly designated located from 7pm for bag drop. Warm up will start promptly at 7:15pm
Week 10 Training (13 Aug) Program: 20 - 35 mins Tempo Intervals
Location: Marina Square Outdoor Plaza (Take the escalator down, near Running Lab)
Pace Groups: G1 - 5:00, G2 - 6:00, G3 - 7:00, and G4 - 8:00
