Running Lab SCSM Training - Week 11 / 13
Overview
Get ready with Running Lab, Road to SCSM 2025.
Join us every Wednesday evening for a 13-week guided training run series designed to build speed, strength, and consistency. The programme begins on 10 Sep and continues until 3 Dec.
Meet us at our weekly designated location from 7:00pm for bag drop, with warm-up starting promptly at 7:10pm.
Week 11 Training (19 Nov) Programme: 1.6KM Intervals
Location: The Promenade, Gate 8, Singapore Sports Hub, 1 Stadium Drive, S(397629)
Pace Groups: G1 - 5:00, G2 - 6:00, G3 - 7:00, and G4 - 8:00
Brooks Product Trial available: Hyperion Max 3 and Men's Hyperion
SPIN THE BLOCK x Brooks x PYNRS Hyperion Max 3
It's a relay. It's a vibe. SPIN THE BLOCK (CIRCLE) will be taking place right after our training block.
Each relay team will consist of THREE co-ed runners (no single-gendered team). The distance for each runner is 888 metres (1 round around The Promenade).
There's way more to SPIN THE BLOCK than just finishing first. You will be judged (!) and prizes will be awarded to 3 teams for:
* Runners Team Drip (Fashionista)
* Most Lit Team Energy
* Fastest Team
How to register for SPIN THE BLOCK?
- Form a group of THREE co-ed runners and decide on a group name.
- Fill in your group name when you register for our weekly runs.
- No plans to participate SPIN THE BLOCK? Leave the group name as "NA".
- All runners participating in SPIN THE BLOCK will be tagged upon registration at 7pm and are required to join the training run of 1.6km repeat together with Running Lab Community.
