What can I expect during the session?

You can expect a session where you will hear gentle sounds and melodies created by either Crystal or Himalayan Singing Bowls and / or other instruments. All you need to do is either to lie down or seat to enjoy the session.

What do I have to bring?

Do dress comfortably so that you can either seat or lie down on the floor comfortably. Bring along your own cushion, blanket, shawl and / or eye masks for the session. We will provide Yoga Mats and bolsters during the session. Also bring along a bottle of water.

What time should I be at the event?

Do arrive about 5 minutes before time. The door will be shut by 7pm sharp and latecomers will not be permitted to enter to prevent any disturbances to other participants. So please be early for this event.
