CFL LIFE Training is a half-day (4-hour) training program that equips participants to recognize signs and positively engage persons who might be having thoughts of suicide, and connect them with community resources for suicide intervention.

Please note that you are declaring (1) you are 19 years old and above, and (2) you have not been personally impacted by any suicide incident within the past 12 months at the time of registration and are able to attend the suicide prevention workshop, should you wish to proceed with this registration.

Kindly be informed that for safety purposes, all questions stated in the forms need to be answered within one week upon registration. CFL reserves the right to cancel the order if the above form is not completed after one week of registration.

CFL reserves the right to reschedule the class should the number of participants attending falls below 10.

Please attend the workshop punctually. We will not be admitting any participants who are late for more than 15 mins so as not to affect everyone's learning experience. You are encouraged to attend subsequent sessions instead.
