IMPORTANT:

1. Price - Price includes your accommodation, conference hall, breakfast, lunch, two-way ferry tickets, 2-way land transfers to and from the hotel, but not insurance, dinner & other incidentals. No refunds will be entertained. If you cannot attend, you may choose to transfer your place to another person or treat it as a donation to BF's Building Fund.

2. Rooming - Please try to get your own roommate. If you do not have one, BF will try to pair you up. However in the event that BF cannot match you with a roommate, we will upgrade you to a single room at your expense.

3. Please pay by dates specified for early bird prices, otherwise full fees will be charged.

4. Note: For those who deviate from the dates or time for the whole group, please purchase your own ferry tickets - at your own expense.
