Saturday Morning Outdoor Yoga @Jurong Lake Gardens
Overview
Join me for a small group hatha yoga class suitable for beginners. Class is kept small - usually not more than 4 pax. The class is led by Karyn, a certified yoga instructor and certified in yoga therapy.
What Each Session Includes:
- Breathing exercises to ground yourself, centre your mind and be ready for the practice
- Gentle loosening and warm-up exercises that prepare your body safely for yoga poses (asanas)
- Beginner-friendly hatha yoga poses taught with clear, step-by-step guidance
- Relaxation and pranayama (breathing techniques) to end your practice

By your getting a ticket to this event, you:
- consent to the voluntary participation in the yoga session conducted by the organiser;
- understand that you should consult a physician before participating in the yoga session;- recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the organiser of any serious illness or injury before the yoga session;
- will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain;
- assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur because of the yoga session;
- knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim you may have against the organiser, for injury or damages that you may sustain because of participating in the yoga session.
