An Adventure Onboard Fu Ning Explore Maritime History

Guided Tour of Fu Ning 600 years ago, Cheng Ho’s legendary ship sailed across vast oceans, connecting cultures and shaping history. Explore a replica of this marvel on FuNing, where the main deck reveals the daily life of the crew, and the bridge deck was the command center for navigating the seas. Each area holds rich historical and cultural stories, offering insight into Cheng Ho's groundbreaking voyages and lasting legacy.

Enjoy a specially produced documentary of the journey of FuNing from Guangzhou to Singapore.


Boat Tour

Overview: Overview: Explore Fu Ning’s Maritime Masterpiece
Get in-depth tour of the Fu Ning, the world’s largest traditional Chinese sailing boat. Explore the boat’s design, cultural significance, and cutting-edge technology.

Activities:

  • Deck Exploration: Tour the main deck, learning about Fu Ning’s construction, unique features, and the watertight-bulkhead technology that ensures its safety and durability.
  • Interactive Tasks: Students will have time to engage in the activities within their passport. As they complete tasks on the tour, they’ll get their passports stamped.
  • Photo Opportunities: Take memorable photos on deck, capturing the boat’s impressive design and stunning views.
  • Light Snacks: Enjoy some light refreshments during the tour, perfect for recharging.


Lighthouse Visit

Take a guided walk to the iconic Raffles Marina Lighthouse to learn about its role in maritime navigation.


After the Tour

After the tour, students will receive their completed activity passports with stamps and a special mini gift as a token of their experience.
