About the Event
The ScratchJr Coding Competition 2026 introduces young learners to the world of digital storytelling through creativity, animation, and beginner-friendly coding.

Under the theme “My Little Adventure,” participants will design and code their very own interactive ScratchJr story-featuring characters, backgrounds, voiceovers, and animations that bring their imagination to life.

Organised by Empire Code Singapore in partnership with Flying Cape and Crayola, this annual early-childhood competition encourages creativity, confidence, and foundational STEM skills in a fun, supportive environment.

🧑‍💻 Who Can Join?

• Kids aged 4 to 7 in Singapore who:
• Parents seeking school holiday activities that are both fun and educational
• Students preparing for Direct School Admission (DSA) portfolios
• No prior coding experience required

• Wednesdays 4–6pm (Novena/River Valley): Jan 7, 14, 21, 28; Feb 4
• Saturdays 10am–12pm (Novena/River Valley): Jan 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
• Sundays 1–3pm (Novena only): Jan 4, 11, 18, 25; Feb 1

🕐 Duration: 10 hours (5 sessions x 2 hours)

📍 Location: Empire Code Novena OR River Valley

Fee: $300 per student ($90 worth of Crayola materials and mid-class snacks are included)
