Where will my phone be stored? Phones will be securely stored in our “Phone Hotel” during the event

Phones will be securely stored in our “Phone Hotel” during the event. While we take extra care to keep them safe, please note by signing up for this event Tryve by handing in your phone at our event, you do so at your own risk, and the organisers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are strictly non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you are allowed to transfer your ticket to another person. Please email hello@tryvetribe.com if so.

What if I have to answer my phone in the middle of the event?

All phones are to be switched off or set to silent at the start of the event to ensure that you have protected screen-free time during the event. Please ensure you schedule any important calls outside of event hours for your full offline experience.

Will there be photography?

Photography & videography may be taken during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform one of our friendly volunteers at check-in :)
