Sculpture Workshop: Building a Singapore Monument
Inspired by Kim Lim’s King, Queen, Pawn, participants will use three wooden blocks—each with its own quirky shape—as the base for a unique sculptural artwork. With paint, stickers, textured materials, and a big dose of imagination, they'll decorate and transform the blocks to tell their own Singapore story. The three pieces can be kept as separate artworks or combined into one sculptural creation. Through this playful process, children are invited to explore what Singapore means to them—not just through pictures, but through form, colour, and composition.
This workshop will be conducted across six different time slots on 9, 10, 16, and 17 August, with sessions held at various times throughout the day.
