Secret Sunrise Singapore: EVENING - Deep Secret: Into The Fire

In a 90 minute session, Laura takes you on a deep journey to Yourself.

Using the Deep Secret recipe as well as a fire ceremony, allowing you to deeply connect with yourself in a gorgeous guided movement meditation, with the option of being blindfolded to start.

Using meditation and visualisation to start, then being guided to start to slowly move and trust in your body to move the way it needs to, with the aim to let go of anything held within the body that isn't serving you anymore.

As we come down, you will have the chance to connect with each other and share joy with the world and within.

The session will end with a deep meditation in Savasana.

If you want the experience of inner transformation and dancing in a more meditative state, or maybe don't feel comfortable dancing outdoors at sunrise, this would be a great alternative as it is in the dark , still outdoors and has a feeling of privacy.

LOCATION:

This session will be held at Wildlings in Dempsey at 7:15 PM and will include fire dance

If you can no longer attend, please request a refund >72 hours in advance

Transfers to future events after this time are NOT possible

What to bring:

- A towel or yoga mat

- Comfortable clothes that you can dance, move and sweat in

- Comfortable shoes (although we do often dance barefoot and feel the grass under our feet)

- Water

- A Journal and pen

Rain plan:

Until you hear otherwise, always assume that the session is taking place.

We will make the final call one and a half hours prior to the start of the session as to whether the class can take place. Unfortunately our headsets are not "downpour proof". But we do like dancing in the rain.

In the event of cancellation, you will be notified with an email that you provide on your reservation informing you of the cancellation. Your credit will be transferred to a future session of your choice, subject to availability.
