After two successful tasting sessions on the basic understanding of sake, Rick Choo, our certified sake sommelier brings you on a journey of discovering how different prefectures at which the sakes were brewed in produce different taste profiles. This determines the characteristics of the sake and vice-versa.

Come embark on this journey with us as we taste sake from Tokyo, Chiba, Niigata and Ishikawa.
