SPECTRUM - Where Innovators Work, Play, Belong

<p>After two successful tasting sessions on the basic understanding of sake, Rick Choo, our certified sake sommelier brings you on a journey of discovering how different prefectures at which the sakes were brewed in produce different taste profiles. This determines the characteristics of the sake and vice-versa. </p><p>Come embark on this journey with us as we taste sake from Tokyo, Chiba, Niigata and Ishikawa. No matter your current level of knowledge, you are welcome to join this event at DOOR XXV where, as always, you’ll find a convivial and welcoming atmosphere for an evening of delightful discovery. A limited number of tickets are available.</p>
