About this event

Develop greater self-confidence through Buddhist meditation practices

We all want to feel good about ourselves. Suffering from a lack of self-confidence can adversely affect our daily life, our relationships and our spiritual development. However, self-confidence is not a quality that we either have or don’t have. It is a state of mind that can be cultivated.

In this course we will see how Buddhist wisdom offers us a different way of viewing ourselves, relating to the extraordinary potential we all have within, rather than our limitations. Developing this inner confidence will naturally lead us to improve our good qualities and develop positive, happy states of mind, as well as enabling us to be a positive influence on those around us.

  • May 20- Where does lack of self confidence come from? (Identifying the problem correctly)
  • May 27 - Applying the correct solution - how to build genuine self-confidence
  • June 06 - Learning additional methods to support our self-confidence

Everyone is welcome.
