Understanding your Enneagram profile helps to build your self-awareness through learning your base motivations and insecurities, strengths and opportunities for growth. It empowers you to make more intelligent decisions and choices, reduce stress, stay centered, and manage personal reactivity. He dedicates his time conducting Life and Executive Coaching to people who face issues in their personal lives and workplaces, building on personal development, work performance, and leadership. With his diverse work experience, he nurtures others by viewing from multiple perspectives and levels to address needs. Until the sun sets, Edwin will continue channeling his energy into helping people develop them to be their best and most optimized version of themselves and ultimately assisting others in the process, making this world a better place to live. Edwin also has decades of experience in sales, management, and leadership roles. He is currently leading an Insurance Agency with Prudential Assurance Singapore, where he has successfully grown several Company level Top Agency leaders and Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Insurance Sales producers.
