Alexandra is devoted to creating a safe environment for her clients where they can fully open up and explore their innermost beliefs, toughest (and deepest) emotions, significant crossroads and moments of growth and revelation.
With 12 years of experience, she helps clients in areas such as self-esteem, workplace stress and cultural, relationship and family expansion issues.
Her approaches consist of practices of positive psychology, psychological assessment and profiling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), as well as mental resilience training.
