Do you constantly second-guess yourself, struggle with setting boundaries, or feel like you’re never quite enough, no matter how much you do?
This group is for anyone who’s tired of putting themselves last, people-pleasing, or feeling like they have to earn love, respect, or rest. We’ll talk about the real stuff: not feeling good in your own skin, being too hard on yourself, chasing validation, and losing your sense of self in relationships or roles. You feel your life is affected in one or more areas; family, relationships, career, finance, friendships, physical image+health and how you feel about yourself.
Together, we’ll gently unpack where these feelings come from, whether it’s old wounds, family expectations, or just the pressure to have it all together. You’ll learn how to rebuild your self-worth from the inside out, one layer at a time, with support, tools, and honest conversations.
This is also a space to fully understand and apply the key facets of the self: self-worth, self-respect, self-love, self-compassion, and self-forgiveness. The goal is to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up for yourself instead.

Goals during and for the 5 weeks:
- A deeper connection with your inner self through curated self-reflection, guided emotional processing, and somatic awareness practices—helping you move beyond roles, perfectionism, and people-pleasing by reconnecting with your core values and needs
- A full understanding and practical integration of the 5 core facets of the self:
Self-worth, Self-respect, Self-love, Self-compassion, and Self-forgiveness—grounded in both psychological frameworks and neuroscience-backed techniques
- Clarity on your emotional patterns and where they originate, supported by inner child work, attachment theory, and neuropsychological insight into how early experiences shape the brain
- Development of metacognitive skills—the ability to observe your own thoughts, challenge cognitive distortions, and make conscious, value-aligned choices
- Tools rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and neuroplasticity principles to help you rewire habitual self-doubt, reshape your inner dialogue, and build new emotional pathways
- Embodied practices to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up with kindness—leveraging polyvagal-informed techniques to regulate your nervous system and increase self-safety
- A safe space to deconstruct and rewrite the internalised narratives of "not enough"—using a blend of storytelling, guided inquiry, and reframing
- Integration of these shifts across all areas of your life—relationships, career, parenting, friendships, body image, and your ongoing inner narrative—anchored in the understanding that consistent emotional rewiring leads to long-term identity change
