Registration Requirements:

• Mobile & Tablets only
• No emulators or third party programs/peripherals allowed
• Level 8 accounts with minimum of 5 heroes
• This tournament is for participants residing in Singapore only

Organised by Rivervale Delta Resident Network, Rivervale Village Resident Network, Rivervale Horizon Resident Network, Rivervale ARC Resident Network, & Sengkang East CSC.

1. Tournament Information:

1.1 Key Dates

Registration closes on 1st December at 23:59 sharp.

Tournament starts and ends on 5th December 2020.

1.2 Tournament Rules and Format

• Tournament Dates: 5th December 2020
• Tournament Format: Double Elimination, Best of 1
• Players will be provided with a discord channel for reporting and confirmation email upon closure of tournament registration through email and Whatsapp.

1.3 Tournament Platform

This tournament will be played online.

Tablets are allowed in this tournament.

No emulators and third party programs/peripherals allowed.

1.4 Tournament Schedule

5th Dec 2020 (Saturday)

• Reporting time - 10:00am
• Round 1 starts at 10:30 am
• Grand final starts at 4:00 pm

1.5 Substitutions

Substitutions are allowed at any point of time in the tournament (e.g during a best of 3 as well).

Substitution will be allowed before each game in a match and tournament admins need to be informed.

Substitute must be a registered member of the team.

2. Reporting and Tournament Proceedings

2.1 Tournament Settings

Players will be required to set up their own matches after tournament admins have briefed them.

2.2 Player Reporting

2.2.1 Discord and Communication

A Discord channel will be provided to players for tournament use. All information and communication will be through Discord only.

2.2.2 Pre-Game Reporting

Players should report on Discord at least 15 minutes before the event start time for each day.

Players who are late will be disqualified.

2.2.3 Post-Match Reporting

All players are required to post their match scores in the Discord channel through a screenshot or a photo taken from their mobile devices.

Any players whom have failed to report matches will be subject to confirmation from both players and disputes will be resolved accordingly.
