Can anyone of all fitness levels attend?

Yes! Just be sure your doctor has cleared you "physically fit" for strength and cardio exercises. You'll be asked to sign a waiver form during your first visit

Where are the bootcamps held?

We rotate among a few locations, eg. Lawn@Marina Bay, Fort Canning Park, Sportshub. The location will be updated on the event page a week before the workout.

What happens if it rains?

The bootcamp will run rain or shine! However, sheltered spaces are limited so make sure you're comfortable getting cosy with fellow participants. The trainer will update here 1-2 hours before if there's any location changes

Where for dinner?

We'll usually adjourn for dinner after the bootcamp. If it's held at Fort Canning, usually Funan or Central @ Clarke Quay. For bootcamps at Marina Bay, usually Lau Pa Sat
