Experience an intense 90-minute fitness workouts hosted each week by different trainers! Our 7 trainers bring their own unique specialty to the bootcamp... some are CrossFit or Hyrox athletes, while others focus more on animal movements and mobility.
Expect to be pushed to your limits! The intense workout sessions are designed to help you feel strong and reach your fitness goals in an energetic environment. Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel amazing about yourself. No matter your current fitness level, all are welcome to join this fun time where you'll challenge yourself and see real results.
These workouts are held every Monday and Thursday 7pm at either Lawn@Marina Bay in the CBD or Fort Canning's Raffles Terrace, Fort Canning Green, Fort Canning Centre. Location will be updated by the trainer one week before the event.
