If you have any existing medical conditions, it's best to consult your doctor before joining. Your safety is our priority, and we want to make sure the program is right for you. You may check with Audrey via email if you are suitable for this.

2. Is this course suitable for beginners?

Yes! The sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and modifications for different fitness levels

3. What should I bring to class?

Just a yoga mat, a water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing. If you have yoga blocks or straps, feel free to bring them too.

4. How long is each session?

Each class runs for approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

5. Can I join if I had surgery recently?

This course is not suitable for individuals who have had surgery in the past 6 months. Please wait until you're fully recovered and cleared by your doctor.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full Refund 48 hours before the 1st session. After the course begins, cancellations made after the first session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. However, we’ll provide notes so you can stay on track.
