Yes! The sessions are designed to be beginner-friendly, with clear guidance and modifications for different fitness levels
Just a yoga mat, a water bottle, towel, and comfortable clothing. If you have yoga blocks or straps, feel free to bring them too.
Each class runs for approximately 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.
This course is not suitable for individuals who have had surgery in the past 6 months. Please wait until you're fully recovered and cleared by your doctor.
Full Refund 48 hours before the 1st session. After the course begins, cancellations made after the first session are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Missed classes cannot be refunded or rescheduled. However, we’ll provide notes so you can stay on track.
