Description

SheHACKS is an all female high school Hackathon founded this year, with the aim to bridge the gender gap in the Computer Science field. As a team, we were frustrated with the current gender imbalance and so we decided that it was vital to inspire and encourage more girls to participate in this hackathon and explore the opportunities the tech field has to offer. We intend to organise a hackathon for girls aged 12-18 years old.

Event Details

The hackathon will take place over the course of 2 full days, therefore one ticket purchased counts for admission to both days:

• 23rd February, 2019 8:00am – 9:00pm
• 24th February, 2019 9:00am – 5:00pm

Please note that no prior experience is required.

Attractive prizes will be given out to the winners!

Food will be provided during the event.
