A Deeply Restorative Experience of Sound, Stillness & Suspension

Come experience complete surrender as you float effortlessly in a cozy hammock, surrounded by calming, healing vibrations. This is not your usual sound bath—this is sound therapy reimagined.

As you are gently cocooned and weightless, the harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sacred instruments guide you into a meditative, dreamlike state. Every note is an invitation to relax deeper, release stagnant energy, and reconnect with your inner peace.

No movement or prior experience is needed. Simply lie back, breathe, and allow the vibrations to do their work — all while floating above the ground.

• Wear comfortable attire – Avoid zippers, sharp accessories, or pointed designs that may damage the hammock

• Remove watches and jewellery for a better floating experience

• Bring your own eye mask, cushion, or blanket if you prefer (will be provided on site)

• A light jacket or shawl for added warmth and comfort (optional)

• Switch your mobile to silent mode before the session

⏰ Arrival & Etiquette

• Arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in

• No late entry once the session begins

• Feeling unwell (e.g. fever, headache, cough, flu)? Please stay home and rest for your well-being and others
