About this event

Join us on a tantalising journey through Singaporeans’ favourite topic—food! We’ll first eat our way through Singapore and Asia with stories from the Singlit and Asian Children’s Literature collections and find out more about the National Library’s Singapore Makan-themed contemporary collecting initiative. Then it’s time to go on our own food adventures! Create your very own food reflections journal and contribute to our initiative!

This hands-on experience will allow parents and children to discover the rich culinary heritage in Singapore and Asia together through stories, while bonding over a deeper appreciation for local food culture.

Can’t make it at 11am? We’ve got a 2pm slot too – https://www.eventbrite.sg/e/singapore-makan-tummylicious-tales-national-library-tickets-893578095137
