Abvolution Wellness is a corporate recreational and sports events company. Established in 2014, we specilised in organising corporate recreational activities, from Dinner and Dance, events roadshow, team building, company retreats, weekly fitness classes to family day carnivals and CSR.

ABVOLUTION WELLNESS

Singapore Spin Out 53 is a fitness cycling event happening on 4th and 5th Augsut 2018 , 9am to 12pm for both days. This event is supported by Sports Singapore as a part of  GetActive! Singapore 2018 in conjunction to celebrate Singapore's 53rd birthday through sports activity.
The event consist of 2 segment, the Spin Out Class and virtual class. The Spin Out class will be a 53 mins fitness cycling class were participants will be coached by certified instructor on a fun ride accompanied by uptrend music to burn more calories and improve on stamina. The second segment will be Virtual Race , this is a indoor cycling race where participants will compete and complete the specific virtual route given. There will be prizes given out to the top 3 winner with the fastest timing for both days. 
To be a part of a care giver, Singapore Spin Out 53 will also partner up with Singapore Cancer Society as beneficiary to help in raising funds for the cancer patients . Participants will have to pledge an amount  of $0.10 / $1 / $10 for every 500m distance covered during the class/race ( this will be shown on the pedometer at the end of the class). 
There will be no registation fee as this is a non-profit event.
