Refunds are not available, but you can retain the credit for future events. Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.

What's the success rate of your event?

We can guarantee 100% success for laughter and fun!! The rest is up to you :)

What's the gender ratio for your event?

We try our best to ensure an even ratio, as we understand it can be overwhelming for any one individual if there are too many of a particular group! However we can't make guarantees as no-shows and rescheduling happen all the time!

Do you help to facilitate post-event contact with attendees?

Legally we are not allowed to share any contact details of attendees. But that's why if you see someone you like, you should let them know :)

Can I come even if I'm not 100% sure I want to find someone / be in a relationship?

Life is complicated and that's fine! Our advice is don't stress too hard about finding the one; focus on meeting new people, improving your confidence and socializing skills, and making a network of people that get you closer to that goal :)

What is BingoBash Games / BingoBash Chill?

BingoBash Games events are designed with an itinerary and hosted game sessions in mind, whereas BingoBash Chill events are designed to be more laid back and atmospheric, where participants take charge of connecting and mingling themselves, without the worry of being interrupted by hosts.
