Skill of Inclusion

Inclusion is a state of affairs after the implementation of skills. These skills include cultural, emotional and communicative intelligence that can enable individuals to create the psychological safety, suspend one’s world view and take perspective from another person’s viewpoint effectively in order to arrive at a higher team functioning and competitive advantage as an organization.

Completion of this module will empower you to:

- Understand that inclusion is a skillset that must be learnt;

- Be able to notice and respect differences through behavioral skills;

- Be aware of how to embrace inclusion-based hiring practices;

- Understand how to avoid turning inclusion into groupthink;

- Recognize how to improve overall inclusion behavior skillsets.
