How do I know if my registration for the event is confirmed?

Eventbrite registration is NOT final confirmation. You would first require to separately submit your contact detail via email. Event organiser will contact you to share about event's T&Cs. A separate admission ticket will be provided thereafter, along with event venue.

Can my kid(s) dress up for the halloween event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your kid(s) can dress in halloween themed outfit. Stand a chance to win our big prize for being the best dressed.

Question 3

How many kids can I bring?

Accepted Answer

Each ticket is valid for one family. To ensure everyone can enjoy the event, we regret that unregistered adults or children will not be admitted due to space limitations.

Question 4

Can my kid(s) bring home the slime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, your kid(s) can bring home the slime after the event. Containers will be provided so your kid(s) can continue to have fun at the comfort of your home.

Question 5

Can I help my friends and other family member register for the event?

Accepted Answer

Please get your friend or other family member  to separately register for the event. Each registration admits one family. The event organizer reserves the rights to cancel duplicate submission with the same email address or participant.

Question 6

What happen if I am not able to attend the event after confirmation by call?

Accepted Answer

Please notify event organiser early so your ticket can be released to the next in queue. So others have a chance to participate.

Question 7

What if I am not being contacted and being confirmed admission to the event?

Accepted Answer

There may be few reasons why your registration is not confirmed. First, you may have missed out the contact submission required by event organiser via email. Second, your have not accepted the event's T&Cs. Third, you may not meet the registration criteria.
