Slow & Steady #4: A Community Walk

By Resilient Living Singapore

Overview

A gentle, low pressure community walk to slow down, move at an easy pace, and connect with others without pressure or expectations.

🗓️ Date: 18 Jan 2026 (Sun)
🕣 Time: 5pm (we'll wait till 5.15pm)
🌿 Venue: Punggol
📍 Meeting location: Punggol MRT

The walk is open to people living with chronic illness, those in recovery, and anyone who feels worn down by constant rushing and would like a softer way to connect.

If you attend, you can expect a calm and respectful environment where you are free to engage at your own rhythm, pause when you need to, or simply listen and enjoy the company. The focus is on being alongside one another, rather than keeping up or performing socially. The route will be planned to be as flat and accessible as possible.

The walk is intentionally unstructured and not a fitness activity. It is a space for unhurried movement, shared presence, and low effort connection. We prioritise comfort, flexibility, and a pace that allows people to feel at ease while connecting naturally.

The event is free to attend and open to anyone who feels this pace would suit them.
