About this event

Health • Mental health

Many students think improving mental health or grades requires big, complicated changes. In reality, small and simple habits done consistently can make the biggest difference.

Like strings woven into a strong rope, everyday choices in sleep, diet, exercise, and mindfulness can add up to something powerful.

Our speaker knows this first-hand. Two years ago, after hitting rock bottom, he thought he needed to overhaul his life overnight. What he found instead is that mental health can be simple when you focus on steady, realistic steps.

At this session, you will learn:

  • How to meditate in 15 minutes a day to improve calm, focus, and sleep
  • Why consistent sleep routines matter for your wellbeing
  • Simple ways to reset your lifestyle with small changes in diet and exercise
  • How to use daily planning to reduce stress and stay accountable

The event will also include an interactive Q&A, with the option to ask questions anonymously. Light refreshments will be served.
