Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can register at the event with your printed ticket, with the e-ticket that was mailed to you or via the Eventbrite mobile app.

I would like to pay by cheque. Who should the cheque be made payable to and where should I mail the cheque?

Please select the "Pay by Cheque" option and follow the instructions. Cheques to be made payable to the “Singapore Mediation Centre” and mailed to Singapore Mediation Centre, c/o Training Department, 1 Supreme Court Lane, Level 4, Singapore 178879. Please indicate at the back of the cheque: Course date as in DD/MM/YYYY - Course name.

I would like to pay by bank transfer. What should I do?

Please select the "Pay by Invoice" option and follow the instructions. Bank transfer: A seat will be reserved for you, however, your registration will only be confirmed when the payment is received. Please contact SMC at training@mediation.com.sg for bank account details. Please remember to indicate in the bank reference field: Course date as in DD/MM/YYYY - Course name and email a screen shot of your transaction to training@mediation.com.sg. If no payment is received three days before the date of the course, your reserved seat will be released.
