Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You can register at the event with your printed ticket, with the e-ticket that was mailed to you or via the Eventbrite mobile app.
I am applying SSG funding and/or SSG credit. What should I do?
Please select the "Pay by Invoice" option and follow the instructions. A seat will be reserved but your registration will only be confirmed when the grant and/or credit is approved. An invoice stating the fee that you have to pay will be emailed to you.
I would like to pay by PayNow. What should I do?
Please select the "Pay by Invoice" option and follow the instructions. PayNow: A seat will be reserved for you, however, your registration will only be confirmed when the payment is received. Please contact SMC at training@mediation.com.sg for PayNow ID. Please remember to indicate in the Payment Reference field the Invoice Number. Email a screen shot of your PayNow transfer to training@mediation.com.sg. If no payment is received 1 week before the date of the course, your reserved seat will be released automatically.
I would like to pay by bank transfer. What should I do?

Please contact SMC at training@mediation.com.sg for bank account details. Please remember to indicate in the bank reference field the Invoice Number. Email a screen shot of your transaction to training@mediation.com.sg. If no payment is received 1 week before the date of the course, your reserved seat will be released automatically.
