Kindly note of the following information before you book your visit:
Snow City is certified SG Clean by the Singapore Tourism Board and is currently operating at a reduced capacity. You are required to purchase your tickets online first before booking your preferred visit date and session here. Purchase of ticket can be done online at https://ticket.snowcity.com.sg. If you have purchased a 2 hour snow play session, please make another booking in the next hour of the first snow play session.
Pre-booking is highly encouraged to secure your preferred visit date and time.
Visits are strictly limited to five guests per group. Please ensure both child &amp; adult are included when booking of session. I.e. For 1 adult + 1 child, please book for 2 pax.
There will be hourly snow play session each day from 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm (2pm to 6pm on Public and School Holidays). Snow City is closed from 1pm to 2pm for cleaning and sanitizing works daily.
You may book your preferred snow play sessions up to 7 days in advance.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your snow play session.
Confirmed bookings will no longer be valid if they are not redeemed within 10 minutes after the session starts. You will be required to make another booking or wait for the next available snow play session onsite.
Current holders of valid Single Admission Ticket and Corporate Members are also required to book your session before your visit.
