No Refund Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal schedule changes, adverse weather, changes in venue or program, or event cancellation due to enforcement action by Singapore authorities or unforeseen operational issues. By purchasing a ticket, you agree and acknowledge this no-refund policy in full.
Event Disruption & Government Enforcement In the event that the party is delayed, suspended, shut down, or otherwise disrupted due to action taken by government authorities (including but not limited to the Singapore Police Force, Urban Redevelopment Authority, or other regulatory bodies), the organisers shall bear no liability and are not obliged to provide any refunds or compensation. All attendees accept this risk upon purchase and entry.
Liability Waiver Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury, illness (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases), and property loss or damage. The organisers, venue, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or in connection with the event.
Entry Conditions & Conduct The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest from the event without refund for behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or in breach of venue rules or Singapore law. All attendees must comply with instructions from security personnel and event staff at all times.
