Is there any funding available?

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

Accepted Answer

SWAPS 2026 is a ticketed event and everyone is strongly encouraged to purchase their tickets via Eventbrite prior to the event. However, if you do not have a ticket on that day, our registration team at the door will assist you with your purchase.

Question 3

Must I buy a ticket if I am a poster/oral presenter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all presenters would need to purchase a ticket. However, a discounted rate will be extended to the main author. Other colleagues can purchase a ticket early to enjoy the early-bird discount.

Question 4

Must I register for the PM workshop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when you are purchasing your ticket you will need to select your preferred workshop option. All attendees will be allocated a workshop slot on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be notified on your workshop when you register your attendance at the event.

Question 5

What happens if I am allocated a workshop I do not want?

Accepted Answer

Workshops have limited spots due to room capacity. If you are keen to attend Professor Lee's or Dr Stahl-Wert's workshops, you are encouraged to purchase a ticket early. Our other workshops will be by professionals from the sector and will be just as engaging!

What are the other workshops about?

Our other workshops will be by professionals from the sector, covering the themes of Leadership, Capability Building, and Digital Adaptability. More information on the workshops and presenters will be publicized closer to the event date.

Question 7

What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Registration begins at 9am and breakfast is provided. The symposium will begin promptly at 9.30am. Attendees are encouraged to arrive at 9am and be seated by 9.30am.
