Soft landing: Friday Night Soundbath

417454Singapore
Friday, Mar 27 from 7:45 pm to 8:45 pm
Overview

45 minutes to drop the baggage, soothe your nervous system and prepare for deep sleep.

It’s the end of the week. You’ve carried conversations, responsibilities, deadlines, emotions. And now it’s time to put it all down.

This simple, restorative soundbath is designed to help you:

  • Let go of the week’s stress and mental noise
  • Release tension held in the body
  • Soothe and regulate your nervous system
  • Gently return to your breath and body
  • Prepare for deep, nourishing sleep

What to Expect

You’ll lie down comfortably while being immersed in the calming vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and soft therapeutic sound frequencies.

The resonance of sound works on a subtle level to help the body unwind, the mind slow down and the nervous system shift from “doing” into “resting”.

There is nothing to achieve.
Nothing to fix.
Nowhere to be.

Come as you are. Leave lighter, more grounded and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Date & Time: Mar 27 (Fri) 7.45pm - 8.45pm

Venue: The Starville Function Room, 417454

Bring: Water and any items to stay warm and comfortable for the soundbath

*This is a paid by donation event.

Q: What is a soundbath?
A soundbath is a gentle experience where you simply lie down, relax and let the soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls and gongs wash over you. You don’t need to do anything, just rest and receive.

You may also choose to tune in to your body and emotions as different sound frequencies can bring up various feelings. Some people may feel calm or joyful, while others might notice emotions such as sadness, discomfort or even annoyance arising.

This is completely normal. The sounds can gently bring buried feelings to the surface. If that happens, just breathe and allow them to pass. It’s part of releasing tension and reconnecting with yourself in a safe, supportive space.

Q: Who is this not recommended for?

It is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, anyone with epilepsy or seizure disorders, and those with serious cardiovascular conditions or uncontrolled high blood pressure. If you have medical concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.
