About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour
In the busyness of modern life, many of us carry hidden tension, stress, and emotional fatigue, often without even realizing it.
This free 1 hour lunchtime breath session offers you a chance to step away from the noise, lie down, and reconnect with yourself. Through intentional breathing and immersive sound technology, we create a space for deep release, nervous system reset, and emotional clarity.
This is more than just a midday break. It is a return to stillness. A powerful invitation to come back to your body, your breath, and your center.
All you need is a quiet space to lie down, a yoga mat if possible, and a surround sound headset or headphones such as AirPods, Bose, or Sony. Connect to a phone or device with Zoom installed and ensure sound is transmitted through your headset.
Reserve your spot and breathe with us.
