Somatic Dance Movement

Somatic Dance Movement is a beautiful, nurturing pathway to meet yourself at a deeper level. In a safely held container, we explore different layers of ourselves through music and movement. The intention of this series is to support you to learn new ways to love yourself, feel empowered and develop a deeper intimacy with yourself.

Come and join us, we will learn, explore, unlearn together through depth and lightness.

Whether you're brand new to this, looking for something new to try out, or you've been to several somatic movement sessions, all of you are welcome here.
