Somatics & Sound Healing Embodiment Sessions​

A slowing down through fluid movement, breath, sound healing and embodied awareness, we will orient to a creative fluid energy that is both within and without, to awaken the body’s innate wisdom to regulate, balance, and restore body and mind back into our inner softness and stillness.

Through the use of sound, movement and breath, Daphne and Jasz will guide you into a deep listening into our body’s sensate intelligence to open to dimensions yet to be explored. This deeply experiential session will extend our boundaries, broaden our perception, and establish new neural networks.

A series of 4 sessions in total which entail the following themes:

1. Resonance & Repatterning through Proprioception, Thu 28 Nov 2019, 7-9pm
2. Exploring our Nervous System through the wisdom of our Skin, Thu 12 Dec 2019, 7-9pm
3. Moving from within: core awareness, Thu 9 Jan 2020, 7-9pm
4. Befriending our joints, Sun 16 Feb 2020, 11.15am-1.15pm

These self-inquiry practices will explore the following:

* How do we slow down to rediscover our sense of self through our relationships with our body, breath and the spaces we occupy?
* How to find support from the support and fluidity that emanates from the different organs within our body?
* How can our body- mind transform / transcend held beliefs of how we relate to our self and others?
* How do we find balance between rest and activity? How can the doing arise from a sense of being?
* How do we experience the processing of sensations & emotions differentiated by the 5 senses within the body?

3-Thursday evenings + 1 Sunday morning @ The Senses Therapy (2 hrs per session)
