Sonic Breath invites you to put it all down.

Through headphones, you’ll be guided through somatic breathwork, gentle movement and moments of stillness, supported by a carefully curated musical journey and live, layered soundscapes.

If you’re familiar with immersive, headset-based practices/breathwork, some elements may feel familiar. What makes Sonic Breath different is the balance between curated audio and human responsiveness.

The entire breathwork experience is facilitated live by Luke, allowing the guidance and pacing to respond to what is unfolding in the room. Live sound elements are then woven into selected moments to deepen the atmosphere and complement your journey.

You aren’t expected to perform, force a breakthrough or experience anything in a particular way. You’re invited to follow your own pace and meet yourself exactly where you are.

Luke Tan - Trauma-Informed Breath Architect, Live Sound Artist and Lifestyle Optimisation Coach

Luke combines breathwork, music and trauma-informed facilitation to create a grounded, multi-sensory experience. Drawing on his background as a DJ, music producer and facilitator, he guides the breath live while weaving sound into selected parts of the journey.
