About this event

We begin with gentle stretches to release tension and prepare the body for relaxation. Optional vibroacoustic therapy and/or Reiki (3–5 minutes per person) is available to support energetic balance and relief.

The session ends with calming breathwork and a restorative sound immersion using Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and Tingsha—inviting peace and nervous system ease.

    Frequently asked questions

What do I need to do during sound Bath?

Relax in a comfortable position and set your intention for the session. Focus on slow, deep breaths. Let go of control and simply observe any sensations or emotions that arise. After the session, transition slowly, hydrate, and reflect on your experience.

Can I join if I do not feel like moving?

Absolutely! This practice is all about honoring your body and listening to what it needs in the moment. Simply being present, receiving the sounds, and allowing yourself to relax is enough. If at any point you feel like making small movements or gentle stretches, that’s completely up to you.

    Why a Virtual Sound Bath?

Many find virtual sessions just as powerful—if not better—than in-person ones! No distractions, no interruptions—just you, your space, and pure healing vibrations.

May I join your in-person sound bath?

You may book your session on my acuity scheduler and find out more on my website www.sevensoundhealing.com
