Sorting It Out: A Student Documentary About Recycling

We are a group of Yale-NUS students who started an investigation into our school's recycling system. Our documentary Sorting It Out summarizes our findings, which extended beyond the school into Singapore's domestic recycling scene and the environmental implication of recycling.

Sorting It Out is a documentary produced by Yale-NUS students. Prompted by the buzz around recycling in recent years, we set ourselves on a journey to settle our doubts: What is recycling like in Asia's first liberal arts institution? Is Yale-NUS's recycling enough? How about Singapore? Is recycling even as important as we imagine it to be? How important is sustainable waste management to the economy? Whether you are a environmental enthusiast, an entrepreneur or just a citizen hoping to make our planet better for our next generation, we sincerely invite you to come watch Sorting It Out on 30th March, 2017 (Thurs) at 7 p.m. at the Performance Hall at Yale-NUS.
